As the Supreme Court mentioned, people are dying of hunger while we continue to waste humungous amount of food. Over 11,700 tonees of foodgrains worth Rs.68.6 million was found damaged in government godowns. Essentially we intend to fight food inflation by wasting foodgrains.
Clearly, all this talk of fighting inflation is sheer joke. Joke on India and Indians.
